The successful candidates must be able to work independently with discretion, diligence and reliability and be committed to meeting demanding customer requirements.

The successful applicants should meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years technical records, maintenance planning or airworthiness experience in an aviation environment.
  • The use of technical records, planning and maintenance related software applications.
  • Comprehensive use of Microsoft Office applications and good IT skills.
  • Understanding of Part M and Part 145 regulations.
  • Extremely motivated and an effective communicator.
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently.

Purpose of the role:       

  • To provide Part M Airworthiness support function within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Department.
  • Processing and updating Technical Log and maintenance compliance information in the computer maintenance tracking system.
  • Auditing technical documentation received from maintenance organisations for completeness and identify errors and omissions for immediate correction.
  • Archiving of aircraft records.
  • Maintaining the currency of all required technical publications.
  • Producing and reviewing maintenance forecast/due lists for the managed fleet.
  • Preparing work scope for maintenance inputs for review by the Continuing Airworthiness Manager.
  • Preparing and ordering pre-load requirements for maintenance inputs (parts and special tooling)
  • Assisting with the review of all forms of technical information from Regulatory Authorities and OEMs’ in a timely manner.
  • Implementing and monitoring applicable actions arising from the review of incoming airworthiness data.
  • Implementing and validating changes arising from revisions to the Aircraft Maintenance Programme and updating the computer maintenance tracking system.

Based at our offices in Birmingham the Rostering and Crewing Supervisor’s duties will include:

  • Interpretation and efficient operation of the Flight Time Limitations scheme (UK CAA and EASA)
  • Preparing and publishing the duty roster for both Flight Deck and Cabin Crew
  • Maintenance of all Aircrew flying, duty and rest periods records in accordance with the approved Company FTL Scheme including managing the processing of Commanders Discretion Reports
  • Day-to-day crewing of the Flight Deck and Cabin Crew members to maintain an efficient crew program.
  • Collaborating with the Training Manager, Director Flight Operations and Ground Operations Manager regarding the organisation and rostering of all Aircrew and Ground Crew training.
  • The efficient cost effective control of travel arrangements for Flight Deck and Cabin Crew including the incurred costs involved.

To determine the sales strategy for the company’s overall operation, maintain and support the company to complete all projects safely on time and within budget. To Provide marketing support to the company. Assist to identify and pre-qualify for Tender opportunities. Assist the Managing Director in developing new areas of the business.

Titan Plant Hire are looking to employ a Small Plant/Tools Engineer/Fitter at our Plant Hire Company in Bilston, Near Wolverhampton.

Duties to include:

  • Repair/assist in the repair of all small plant up to FLT
  • Ensuring that the necessary paperwork for all small plant equipment and machinery is up to date
  • Ensuring that all small plant is securely locked away in order to prevent loss and theft
  • Work alongside the Electrician with PAT test equipment log to be monitored and kept up to date
  • Monitor inspection dates for all lifting equipment
  • Monitor stock in store area
  • Job sheets raised with test certificate, PDI’s, HAV, Tags and instruction manual
  • Sign on/off of all plant equipment for any job prior to it leaving the yard and also once the equipment is returned
  • Inform the Plant Co-Coordinator of parts required.
  • Keep workshop clean and tidy at all times
  • To undertake any other duties as request
