I wanted to send a proper e-mail of thanks to everyone who was involved in making the recent tour such a success from the aircraft charter side. Your professionalism and quality of service reflected well on Cello and your personnel and also on ourselves. The client constantly referred to you in a positive light, especially when we had service issues in the USA when they said they wanted catering “just like Cello”.
Thanks also to the operating crews in flight deck and cabin for getting us there and back in safety and comfort. My special thanks to your engineer for being our eyes and ears, but also being contactable and responsive to our passengers at all times and getting the best out of the handlers at each location. I appreciate that anyone can be the Flight Manager but yours did so in his own unique way and I and my client specifically wanted him thanked for all he did.
