Cello Aviation Ltd is a private charter jet company flying VIP client which includes some of the worlds celebrities, sport stars and royalty.

As a catering manager, working from Birmingham airport you will plan, organise and develop the food and beverage services of our Airline, whilst meeting our clients high expectations, food and hygiene standards, and financial targets.

The successful candidate will have a hands-on role that involves the day-to-day running of the catering operation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Budget and establish financial targets working closely with the commercial team.
  • Monitor the quality of the product and service provided by our outsourced catering companies cross the world.
  • Keep financial and administrative records.
  • Manage the food and beverage provision for all flights.
  • Loading/unloading of catering carts and beverages for flights, which at times will include driving company equipment for which training can be given.
  • Cleaning of Aircraft Carts and restocking in readiness for next flight.
  • Maintain stock levels and order new supplies, which may require driving to purchase last minute requirements.
  • Complete discretion as a lot of our clients are VVIP.
  • The booking of hotels for crew and catering when the aircraft is away from base.
  • Stock control

This role is a physically demanding as it involves some lifting, carrying and some working out of hours in line with our flights and so flexibility is very important.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00 /year
