Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as the first point of contact to provide clients with professional support and accurate information with regards to the companies product and services
  • To provide relevant information to the sales team to ensure sales opportunities are realised
  • To produce and maintain accurate and complete documentation /correspondence
  • To log all business activity, ensuring revenue is accurately recorded and documented
  • Have experience of ‘Open GI’ to handle adjustments, claims and renewals.
  • General office organisation and management.

  4. Desire to achieve results
  5. Someone with experience or a background in commercial Insurance
  6. The ability to prioritise workloads
  7. Ability to build and maintain rapport
  8. The ability to work to targets and KPIs

Essential Experience:

  1. Knowledge and Experience within commercial insurance
  2. Experience in a broker or commercial insurance environment is a real advantage
  3. Exceptional customer focus with great relationship building skills
  4. Understanding of working within SLA's
  5. Knowledge of OpenGI is useful
  6. Cert CII qualified or prepared to work towards
